Bobby graduated from the University of Southern Mississippi in 1981 with a BSBA. He realized a lifelong dream to build his own business starting Greenkeeper in 1986 after a successful career working in corporate America. “I Love My Job” and feel fortunate to have a great team working with me and customers that have been with us for years. I have been blessed with wonderful friends and family, married to Sheila for 40 years. We have 2 children that we are so proud of, 1 granddaughter and a grandson on the way.

Monica is a mom of two young children. She grew up local in the Germantown area and is a graduate of Houston High School. She lived in California and Georgia before realizing her home is here. Anytime you call the office Monica is ready to help.

Calvin is certified in both turf and ornamental care by the State Department of Agriculture and has worked for Greenkeeper over 15 years. He works extremely hard and is always available to meet with customers to talk about their yards. When away from work he enjoys riding mountain bikes, scuba diving, nature and spending time with his family.

His customers love him due to his cheerful attitude and willingness to help. Outside of work Chris enjoys using his skills learned in culinary school and spending time at the gym.

Colton is certified in both turf and ornamental care by the State Department of Agriculture. He loves his family and playing baseball. He’s often been called “The Golden Child” of Greenkeeper or “Mr. Congeniality”. He’s known for being easy going and a jokester in addition to being a hard worker.

Nick Caldwell is our most recent addition to the Greenkeeper family. He is the proud father of his 2-year-old daughter and an active member of the Army National Guard. Nick is also the nephew of our most senior lawn technician, Chris Caldwell. If you see Nick treating your lawn, be sure to say hello.

Spencer is certified in both turf and ornamental care by the State Department of Agriculture and has been a member of our Greenkeeper family for over 7 years. He received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Mississippi and served Desoto County as a teacher and coach at Center Hill Middle and High School. Spencer is a vital member of our team and in addition to being a Senior Lawn Technician he assists our owner in day-to-day operations.

After getting our start in 1986, we have found our niche in lawn care and we are proud to say we provide the best service around. We are a family-owned and locally-operated company and we hold the same values in our family and our business.
The team here at Greenkeeper is not connected to a larger corporation or a franchise, which is notable because we treat each other, our technicians, and our customers the way we want to be treated. With each new crew member, we don’t just employ people, we grow our family a little more with each person.

Here at Greenkeeper, we service a mix of residential and commercial properties, with the majority of our customers being residential property owners. The types of properties we service are residential properties, HOA properties, churches, convenience stores, large five- to ten-acre properties, athletic fields, and more. Since Greenkeeper is able to thrive as a small, local, family business, we work hard to keep our reputation high. We don’t employ people with the mindset of “cheaper is better,” just to save a buck here and there. That just doesn’t align with our values. Instead, we hire people who care and train them above and beyond to ensure everyone who works for us performs up to the standards of Greenkeeper.
Each technician we hire is trained for two to six months, and the range depends on their background and experience, and which services they will be performing. We do this with everyone we hire to create an environment that is safe for our customers, our technicians, and children and pets.
